These Terms of Service govern your use of embarkvetdeal.com and your purchase of dog DNA test kits from Embarkvetdeal. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You must have the legal right to collect and submit a sample from the dog associated with your order.
3. Orders
We accept orders through our website. After you place an order, we send an order confirmation email. An order is accepted when we ship the kit. We can cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the payment is declined, if the shipping address cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
4. Price and payment
The amount shown at checkout is the total amount charged. Shipping is free. We do not add handling fees, restocking fees, reset fees, or other hidden charges. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is charged when you place your order.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally. Orders placed by 2:00 PM CT are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit time is 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after the order cutoff. Weekends and federal holidays are not shipping days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Change-of-mind returns require an unused, unopened kit in original packaging. Defective kits can be returned even if opened, when the issue is verified. Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee and no reset fee. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The original payment method usually posts the refund within 7–10 business days. 7. Dog DNA test kits
You are responsible for following the sample collection instructions included with the kit. A sample that is collected incorrectly, contaminated, or damaged can affect test results. DNA test results are for informational purposes. They are not a veterinary diagnosis. Do not use the results as a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
9. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Submit false order or payment information
- Interfere with website security
- Copy, scrape, or resell website content without written permission
- Use another person’s payment method without authorization
- Submit a sample that you do not have the right to submit
10. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Embarkvetdeal or its licensors. You may not use our content without written permission.
11. Disclaimers
We provide the website and products as described on the website. We do not promise that the website will be free from errors or interruptions. We do not promise a specific DNA result. Results depend on sample quality and laboratory processing.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Embarkvetdeal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Embarkvetdeal harmless from claims, losses, or expenses that arise from your misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, or your submission of a sample without the legal right to do so.
14. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access to the website if you violate these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we need to protect the website or other users.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
