Embarkvetdeal ships dog DNA test kits to customers in the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally. Orders are processed from our Norman, Oklahoma location.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT are treated as received on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a federal holiday are treated as received on the next business day.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, or freight forwarders. If an address cannot be verified, we will contact you at the email address used at checkout before shipping.
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking shows that a package is delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address, contact us at info@embarkvetdeal.com with your order number. We will open a carrier trace and work with you on the next step. If a package arrives damaged, keep the outer box, the inner kit packaging, and all packing materials, and contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Dog DNA test kits contain sample collection materials. Please open the outer shipping box carefully. Do not open the sealed sample collection pouch until you are ready to collect the sample. If the kit arrives with missing parts, a broken seal, or visible damage, contact us before using it.
